This website is operated by One O One Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to One O One Studios. By visiting our site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which apply to all sales and deliveries made from www.oneoonestudios.com to the customer.

Product

Products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. The accuracy of any colour displayed on your computer monitor cannot be guaranteed by us. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to restrict who can buy our items in any given country, state, or other legal authority. On a case-by-case basis, we may use this right. Any product we offer may have a quantity cap, which we reserve the right to impose. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

​Prices for our items are liable to change without prior notice. We retain the right to modify or discontinue offering a product at any moment and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product. Pricing is done in INR Indian rupee. Minor changes can occur in shape or colour depending on the material the good is made of or design of the good.

Without our written consent, you accept not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, usage of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the service is delivered.

Returns & Cancellations

Since every item produced by One O One Studios is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. By sending an email to info@oneoonestudios.com within two (2) days of the purchase date, the customer may cancel their order. One O One Studios will commence the cancellation process by offering the customer a cancellation form upon request.​

No order will be executed for the exchange of products more than once. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items. With regard to products on special or season promotions and stock clearance, no return or exchange shall be entertained. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been tried, washed or soiled.

Damages

You must clearly document the damage with images of box before opening and after opening and email info@oneoonestudios.com within one (1) day of delivery if the product you get is damaged as a result of our error. One O One Studios will not be obligated to repair or replace the item if notice is not given within the allotted time frame, and it will be deemed a no show. Changes in a product caused by a material's or a finish's inherent natural properties are not our responsibility.​

Refunds

All sales are final and there is no process for a refund.

Shipping

Within India, the item is dispatched for delivery within four to five weeks from the time payment is received. The product will be packaged and shipped by One O One Studios in a timely and secure manner. The customer is still required to accept delivery of the products or services even if the specified delivery date is extended.

One O One Studios may postpone any delivery in the case of production problems affecting the quantity of goods or the quality of goods produced. Either party may cancel the order if the delay lasts for more than 3 (three) calendar months. One O One Studios is not liable for any losses, including lost profits or savings by customer.

When the customer fails to take delivery of the goods or services, or fails to provide the information or instructions to enable delivery it is fully liable to One O One Studios for all damages and losses suffered by the brand, such as (but not limited to) transportation costs, extra storage, handling and insurance. Regarding (re-)delivery, we may demand prior payment of all aforementioned costs.

One O One Studios is allowed to deliver the goods or services in parts.

Additional delivery fees dependent on location will apply for international shipping. Due to our involvement with numerous vendors, we are unable to provide accurate delivery dates. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been finalised.

​ Please be aware that, despite our best efforts to assure prompt delivery, One O One Studios cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays brought on by unforeseeable events like customs holdups, adverse weather, or lost or stolen items while in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Payment

If the invoiced amount is not paid within the payment term, then the customer is in default without any notice being required. In addition to any other rights and remedies the brand may have under applicable law, interest will accrue on all late payments at the rate of 1% (one percent) per calendar month.

Even if the customer is of the opinion that the quality of the delivered goods or services is not in accordance with the agreed goods or services, this does not release him from the obligation to pay.

In the event of any default or neglect by the customer in the payment of any amounts or charges due, One O One Studios has the right to postpone any further deliveries of any goods, without being liable for any losses by the customer. Such right shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights and remedies available under the agreement or at law.
